I believe leadership thrives at the intersection of clarity, accountability, and purpose. I began my career in ministry, serving a church of nearly 3,500 attendees in roles ranging from Children’s Pastor to Teaching Pastor while earning my Master’s in Theology. Later, I became the first chaplain at our local YMCA, where I expanded my focus to community leadership and executive coaching—earning certification as a Gallup Strengths Coach. With a background in physics, religion, and hands-on leadership, I bring a rare blend of analytical insight and relational depth to every engagement.

In 2020, I founded Veritas Professional Development to help businesses and organizations build healthy cultures and strong leadership. Since then, Veritas has quietly supported over 30 companies annually, trained nearly 60 executives, guided 10 nonprofits through key campaigns, and helped launch more than 50 careers. Our work has impacted over 1,000 employees each year—and in several cases, helped companies triple their revenue by focusing on strategic execution and leadership development.
